I’m Marwa, and I’m a certified business coach and behavioral consultant—but the work I do isn’t just about business strategies. It’s about people, potential, and creating powerful change that lasts.
I Didn’t Start Out As a Coach.
My path looked very different—yet every step prepared me for the work I do today.
Coming from a medical background, my passion for helping others was cultivated early on as the eldest among my siblings. This dedication naturally became a part of my journey into the world of business development.
Before founding Oregon Business Consultancy Dubai, I spent several years at Zahrawi Group, a leading medical device distributor in the GCC, operating across the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. In my role as Regional Business Development Manager, I was responsible for driving market expansion, managing cross-functional teams, and securing partnerships with worldwide suppliers, across the region
That role taught me a lot about leadership, pressure, building trust, and the real-world challenges decision-makers face when trying to grow a business in this region.
Now, I bring that same passion and strategic insight into the businesses I support — helping them shift their mindset, build stronger teams, improve communication, and implement systems that actually move the needle.

Yes, I’m internationally certified — PMP, CPH, CBC, and CBDM — and I bring over a decade of experience leading business growth across the Middle East. But titles alone don’t build trust or create change.

Being an Arabic-speaking coach allows me to connect deeply with clients in this region. I coach in both Arabic and English, helping leaders communicate more effectively, understand cultural nuances, and build lasting business relationships.
And behind it all — I’m a mom, too. Lyana and Sophia are my biggest teachers. I know what it means to juggle big dreams with everyday demands. I’ve built my business while raising a family, and if I can do it, so can you.
